Privacy & engagement boundaries

Trust starts with clear boundaries.

How this website handles your input, and how a Scruzer engagement is scoped.

Your input on this site

The service-fit assessment and contact brief run in your browser. Their answers and form details are held in page memory and clear when the page reloads. They are not submitted to Scruzer, stored in a client database or sent to an external contact service.

“Copy brief” places the prepared text on your clipboard. You decide whether and where to share it. Avoid including credentials, personal customer data or confidential logs.

Site access and hosting

This working website is privately hosted through Sites. The hosting provider may process requests and use authentication needed to control access. Scruzer has not added marketing analytics, advertising pixels or third-party contact integrations.

Authorization and access

Every engagement starts with an agreed scope, named owners and explicit testing permission. Read-only and least-privilege access are preferred. Data sharing, retention and confidentiality requirements are agreed before client evidence is provided.

What assurance means

Findings apply to the systems, journeys, evidence and time window reviewed. The service-fit result is guidance based on self-reported answers. It is not a verified reliability score, security scan, certification or guarantee of revenue recovery.

Penetration testing, production changes, continuous monitoring and compliance certification require separate, explicit arrangements. Scruzer’s standard role is to detect, validate, document, recommend and verify; your team or vendor performs production changes.

Independent and platform neutral

Scruzer reviews the systems you already use. No official platform partnership, customer endorsement or professional certification is claimed by this site.
